DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Eden Essence Global, we are committed to delivering your perfumes, jewelry, lubricants safely and promptly. Please read our delivery/shipping policy carefully before placing your order. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our delivery/shipping process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.

 

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

1.1 All orders require 1–2 business days after order confirmation to process before shipment. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. Certain products could require additional 1-2 business days.

1.2 Business days exclude weekends, U.S. public holidays, and carrier holidays.
1.3 Orders may experience delays during high-volume periods like sales, promotions, holiday seasons, or new product launches.
1.4 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after processing.

1.5 Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₦300,000.00 within Lagos, Nigeria and on all orders above ₦500,000.00 across 36 States in Nigeria.
1.6 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

1.7 Packaging: All orders are carefully packed to ensure the perfumes bottles and jewelry are protected during transit. Gift orders are packed with premium gift wrapping upon request.


2. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

2.1 A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details once the order ships.
2.2 Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
2.3 Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided tracking number.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary based on destination:

3.1 Within Lagos: 1-2 business days
3.2 Interstate (Nigeria): 2-5 business days
3.3 International: 5-21 business days

3.4 No deliveries on weekends or public holidays, Delivery costs are set by courier companies, not Eden Essence Global


4. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

4.1 Customers must ensure their address is correct and complete at checkout.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.3 If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will incur a reshipping fee.


5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

5.1 Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Eden Essence Global is no longer responsible.
5.2 We are not responsible for stolen packages or misdelivered items.
5.3 Any lost or stolen packages must be claimed with the carrier directly.
5.4 No refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

6.1 International orders may take 5–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs delays.
6.2 Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
6.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes. If a package is refused due to customs fees, no refund will be given.

6.4 Temporary Shipping Suspension: Due to current circumstances, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to Israel, Iran and Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding


7. SHIPPING FEES & PROMOTIONS

7.1 Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is returned due to customer error.
7.2 Free shipping promotions are subject to change and are based on specific terms.


8. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

8.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs clearance issues
  • Global supply chain disruptions

8.2 No refunds will be issued for delayed deliveries.


9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified, including the shipping address, products, or name.
9.2 If an order hasn't been processed, we may cancel it at our discretion. Cancellations after processing are not guaranteed.
